Arrangement of Laminar System and HEPA Filters
Project: Manufacture of fltraton systems (laminar boxes, clean areas) for packing equipment and assembly sectons.
Task of the project:
- Design, assembly and installaton in accordance with the applicable laws.

Achievement of a classifcaton providing a maximum of 3,520 partcles of ≥ 0.5 μm per m3, ISO class 5 according to ISO 14644-4 (2001). – Minimizing the risk of cross- contaminaton through other products or processes.

When the laminar airfow module is operatng, the free air is sucked in from the outside by means of air intakes, passing through the pre-cleaning stage G4, and enters the fans inside the unit. The air then passes through the forced pressure chamber and is fnally pushed through the H14 HEPA flter. FFU is used to equip workplaces at medical, pharmaceutcal and other insttutons with high requirements for air purity (virological and bacteriological laboratories, plants manufacturing ready-made sterile medicines and sterile medical products, microbiological plants, radio electronic and other industries).

The laminar airfow module is made of stainless steel AISI304. High-efciency partculate air flters H14, air pre-cleaner flters and coarse air flters are installed inside. Net with microperforaton serves as a uniform air difuser.
Scope of work:

Clarifcaton and development of technical design specifcaton. Design, development of design/detailed design documents if specifed in technical design specifcaton.
- Supply of components and elements.
- Preparatory and civil engineering work.
- Lifing work, mechanical and electrical installaton of equipment
- Automaton, programming
- Start-up and testng, commissioning.
The constructon consists of:

Welded steel casing, painted with powder paint;

Centrifugal efcient and reliable fan (Germany) with backward curved blades with contnuously adjustable rate speed with analog or digital interface;

Air HEPA (ULPA) flter installed in a specialized frame;

Built-in pressure transformer, with which you can set and maintain the specifed values for the performance of clean air.
It is possible to control one or more modules from the remote control panel.
All works were done in accordance with the occupatonal safety requirements, fre safety, environmental and food safety standards, laws and regulatons (SNiP – Constructon rules and specifcatons, GOST – State standard, TU – engineering specifcatons, OST – industry-specifc standards, STP – company-specifc standards) and internal requirements of the customer.
