Selection and Integration of Process Equipment:
Project:Modernizaton of water-treatment system
Goal: Improving the quality of the ingredient water for producton facilites
Task: Reconstructon of the existng system adding additonal water-treatment elements to the system (including the fltraton system of water distributon units, pipelines, fittings, valve groups, pressure holding pumps)
Descripton: Within the framework of the project, AC Service LLC performed the system design, selecton and supply of materials, installaton of equipment, integraton into the general plant water distributon system.
Scope of work:
- Development of technical solutons, selecton and supply of equipment;
- Preparatory work before installaton of the recirculaton line and flter units, assembly of valve groups;
- Installaton works, including pipeline heat insulaton;
- Connecton of utlity systems to the equipment;
- Installaton of fltraton modules.
All works were done paying special atenton to safe performance of work and fre safety, environmental and food safety standards, laws and regulatons (SNiP – Constructon rules and specifcatons, GOST – State standard, TU – engineering specifcatons, OST – industry-specifc standards, STP – company-specifc standards) and internal requirements of the customer.
Project: Installaton of sterile air preparaton modules.
Task: To carry out complex work on the installaton of sterile air preparaton modules in the secton of kefr fermentaton and integraton of the installed equipment into the overall process control system.
Work descripton: The installaton works are carried out in the area with increased requirements for food safety.
Scope of work:
- Assembly of air preparaton modules from the provided components;
- Installaton of sterile air preparaton modules;

Installaton of the line for supplying service environments to sterile air preparaton modules;
- Modernizaton of the valve matrix;
- Integraton of the installed equipment into the control system;
- Dismantling of unused equipment.
Project: Complex work on integraton into the existng pipeline system and manifold valves in the process shop of the process water supply system for feeding it to product lines at the stage of displacement to flling machines, cooling the supply line afer sterilizaton, line rinsing afer chemical disinfecton, and sprinkling of tank afer sterilizaton.
Goal: Reducing product losses and reducing the tme of operatonal downtme between producton cycles.
Scope of work:
- Laying of main pipelines with the possibility of steam sterilizaton of lines;

Insulaton of the pipeline along the entre length, with insulaton coatng with stainless steel shell;
- Installaton of automaton systems including measuring instruments;
- Replacement/installaton of valves on mixproof valves;
- Electric installaton work;
- Installaton of sampling unit;
- Integraton into the shop automaton system.
Project: Modernizaton of culinary steam and aseptc air supply systems
Goal: Finalizing the existng culinary steam and aseptc air supply systems for the purpose of sterilizing the module according to schedule (diferent groups of tanks and products – yoghurt and cotage cheese)
Project task/Scope of work:
- Design work;
- Development of sofware;
- Assembly and commissioning
